Caryn Gerch

Caryn Gerch is Vice President, Marketing for TeamWorks Media. TeamWorks Media delivers compelling sports and entertainment video content across multiple platforms – TV, online, mobile and on-demand. Caryn attended the University of Illinois and Northwestern University – Kellogg School of Management.


Lissa Druss Christman, Chief Creative Officer, Culloton Strategies LLC

Lissa Druss Christman, is an Emmy award-winning broadcast sports and news producer. During her 21 years in television journalism, Christman has written and produced for news, entertainment and sports in both Chicago and Los Angeles, covering stories ranging from the O.J. Simpson murder trial to the Chicago Bulls dynasty of the 90s. Christman has counseled and trained many professional athletes in their media careers and has developed media plans for athletes including professional boxer Mike Lee, former MLB stars Frank Thomas and Doug Glanville, New Orleans Saints' Alex Brown and former NFL players Jim Miller, Jerry Azumah and Muhsin Muhammad.


Christman currently sits on the executive committee of Bears Care, the charitable arm of the Chicago Bears. She is a member of the National Italian American Foundation and a contributor to Fra Noi, a board member of the Chicago Chapter National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences and the John Dolan Golf Challenge that benefits the Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago. Christman is also an adjunct professor at DePaul University in the Communications department.


Tim Grover

Tim Grover, president and CEO of A.T.T.A.C.K. Athletics, received a Bachelor of Science Degree in kinesiology and a master's degree in exercise science from the University of Illinois Chicago. As a former NCAA Division I basketball player, Grover is widely recognized for his understanding and success in the mental and physical discipline of professional athletes. Additionally, Grover speaks to audiences worldwide on fitness & motivational themes for teams and companies. He has trained more than 100 professional athletes in the major pro sports, including Michael Jordan.


Chris Krause

Chris Krause, president and founder of NCSA (National Collegiate Scouting Association) Krause began NCSA in 2000 - today the organization is the leader in helping match college coaches with qualified high school students and has just recently been selected as 2010 INC 500 fastest growing companies list. Currently, Chris is working to help promote his first book, Athletes Wanted, and further empowering Student-Athletes.
