When Susan Miner founded Premier in 1995, it was primarily to serve the distinct needs of corporations relocating employees to the Chicagoland area. Susan’s unique ability to discover niche markets and address ever-changing market conditions propelled Premier’s evolution into a full-service real estate powerhouse. But it was her unwavering devotion to her clients that inspired Premier’s explosive growth and success.
Susan is an attorney licensed in Illinois and Ohio with a master’s degree in Human Resources. She graduated first in her undergraduate marketing class from Ohio State University and received the award for most outstanding female student by demonstrating the greatest potential for a business career. Susan is a licensed broker and has called Chicago home for 15 years.
Susan is a member of the Chicago Association of Realtors, Chicagoland Chamber of Commerce, Chicago Bar Association, Women’s Business Development Group, and National Association of Women’s Business Owners. Susan volunteers for the Salvation Army and has also organized “Operation PB&J”, an effort aimed at the homeless.
Jerry attributes his success both on and off the field to the discipline and dedication that his West African parents instilled in him at an early age. Equipped with a remarkable education from the University of New Hampshire and a successful seven-year All-Pro football career with the Chicago Bears, Jerry has been able to retire and embark on new endeavors.
As an entrepreneur, Azumah has played important roles with start up companies Ortanic, Fan Fueled and A2Z Capital. Most notable, Azumah has teamed up with Susan Miner of Premier Relocation to create Chicago’s only luxury real estate concierge for its professional sports franchises. Established in 2010, the two co-founded Premier Athletes, which provides exclusive high-end residences and delivers world-class amenities to ensure a smooth transition to life in Chicago.
Personally and professionally active in community affairs, Azumah served on the University of New Hampshire Foundation Board of Directors. He established his ASAP Foundation (Azumah Student Assistance Program) in 2004 that provides scholarships to under privilege students that attend private secondary institutions in Massachusetts and Illinois. In 2010 the ASAP Foundation teamed up with Link Unlimited, which is an organization that provides educational services and mentoring to economically disadvantaged African American youth in the Chicago area.
Michael’s ability to problem solve drives him to the top of the real estate game. His strengths lie in the Chicago market as he was born and raised on the north side. With over 15 years of real estate experience, Michael’s innate ability to understand fair market value for any property is a trait that makes him stand out from his competition.
Michael provides service to those who expect it. Michael has had previous roles with The Chicago Mandarin Hotel and Towers, Urban Search of Chicago, and several Chicago developments including 55 East Erie.
Michael believes life is about relationships. He is invested in people.
